Social Media/Sales Manager

Fabi’s Flan is looking for a motivated, creative, and energetic Social Media / Sales Manager to join our growing team!
If you love social media, enjoy interacting with people, and want an opportunity to grow with an exciting dessert brand, this position is for you. No prior experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

-Create and post engaging content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
-Respond to customer messages and inquiries
-Promote products, events, and special offers
-Assist with increasing brand awareness and sales
-Brainstorm marketing ideas and social media campaigns
-Build positive relationships with customers and local businesses
-Help grow the company’s online presence

Qualifications:

-Positive attitude and strong communication skills
-Comfortable using social media platforms
-Creative and motivated personality
-Reliable and organized
-Ability to work independently and with a team
-Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
